Kournikova now Want to Play in Family Field

anna kournikovaRussian professional tennis player Anna Kournikova has revealed she would like to settle down with her boyfriend Enrique Iglesias. The Tennis sensation wanted would have babies once she had reached the top of her career.

Kournikova said “We try to keep out relationship as private as possible. I don’t read all that stuff about ‘Anna’s pregnant/married/broken up’,” she added “I would like to have kids, but years from now. I’m only 28 and there are still things I want to do first.” On the other hand, she admitted that the secret to the endurance of her relationship with the Hero hitmaker was amusement and respect. She told “We have a mutual respect. We’re both very independent but we try not to go too long without seeing each other. When he’s away I miss his humour. He’s a complete joker. He knows how to make fun of himself, which is very cool.”

Singer Iglesias and Kournikova have been dating since 2002 and now she has revealed her intention to start a family.

Federer ends the Nadal’s Victorious way on clay

Roger FedererRoger Federer finally got the confidence that he needed badly by beating top-ranked Rafael Nadal on Sunday by 6-4, 6-4. This defeat is Nadal’s fifth on clay in 155 matches since 2005, which brings an end to the flow of 33 uninterrupted wins on the surface.

Federer’s win also gave him and other leading man who are on the top the hope to going into the French Open which starts next Sunday. However, the Swiss does not believe that this defeat would not worry the four-time champion.  He said,

I don’t think he’s going to take any damage away from this, I’m sure he’s going to be rock solid in Paris again.

On the other hand, Nadal asserted,

Playing four hours was not a problem for today. Roger was much better than me and deserved to win.

Now, Federer back in his form, his fans will be waiting for something to watch at the French Open next week.

Andy Roddick and Brooklyn Decker Get Married

The beautiful 21 year old Brooke and her 26 year old tennis pro fiancé exchanged their vows throughout a candlelit ceremony and were joined by some of close relatives and friends. Among those invited close friend including tennis greats Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi were delighted to a melodious presentation by Roddick’s longtime friend, Sir Elton John. It was a friendly ceremonial with candles and tropical flowers. The bridesmaid dresses were strapless, chocolate colored gowns, and the marriage flowers were tropical. Dinner followed at Roddick’s beloved local state club. A family friend who presented on the ceremony told People Magazine,

They are absolutely perfect for each other. I think they knew that from the moment they met that they were perfect for each other.

Roddick and Brooke started dating in 2007 in March 2008 and the couple first got together after Roddick asked his manager to find her number for Decker, who emerged in Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit edition.

Who can stop Nadal?

Rafael NadalRafael Nadal seems to have started his domination era over the World of tennis. He has steadily gained ground against Federer and pushed him from the top spot of the ATP rankings. Everything reached the climax in January at the Australian Open 2009. Rafa grabbed the first Grand Slam of the year defeating Roger Federer on hard court too. This was the only surface where the 27-year-old former Number 1 was still having a supremacy against the Spaniard. More, Federer couldn’t control his nerves and burst into tears during the prize award ceremony.

The Indian Wells is the first tournament after the Australian Open that schedules both stars on the main table. The Californian tournament is the first tennis Masters event of the year. It gathered the creme of the world’s tennis stars. Last year’s edition was won by Novak Djokovic.

The tournament currently reached the phase of the last 16 and the Big 4 group is bidding for another title. Rafa Nadal, Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray have all qualified for this phase and are favorites to win the title this year. Of course, Rafael Nadal is the top seed and also main favorite to grab the title. Will we have another Nadal vs Federer showdown? Who can stop the Spaniard? Federer will Become a Dad in this Summer

Federar and MirkaTennis legend Roger Federer might be more excited to get a new title. You may surprise that what is the title that Roger yet not obtain. It is not a tennis title, he is now more excited to get the title of world’s best dad. Roger Federer Thursday revealed that he will become a dad within months, saying long-time girlfriend Mirka Vavrinec is pregnant with the couple’s first child. The Swiss World No. 2 ranked tennis player told his website that,

“I have some really awesome news to share with all of you: Mirka and I are excited to let you know that we will be parents this summer!”

He also added that,

“A dream comes true for us. We love children and we are looking forward to being parents for the first time. Mirka is feeling great and everything is going well.”

Federer doesn’t believe becoming a father will effect on his tennis. He said,

I think in a way I always had the dream that once I became No. 1 in the world if I have a child I hope I have it early enough so he can see me playing. So this is very exciting.

Federer and Mirka, a former WTA Tour player, met during the 2000 Olympics when both were representing Switzerland and they have been together since.
